Participants who paid full fee before LREC 2020 was suspended

• may hold their registration until new dates are announced and:

- if the dates do suit them, their registration will be valid for the new dates

- if these dates do not suit them, they may ask for partial reimbursement within one month after the new dates are announced (thus matching the partial fees of authors registering now after LREC 2020 was suspended )

• may ask for partial reimbursement of their main conference fees until April 30, 2020 (the reduced fees will be applied and the publication of their paper(s) in the Proceedings keeps being ensured)

• may ask for full reimbursement of their workshop/tutorial fees until April 30, 2020 (all papers accepted to the workshops will be included in the corresponding workshop proceedings.

Please note that Membership fees are NOT refundable.

Donations to the ELRA Association are welcome from registered participants who may not be able to come given the new dates to be announced and decide not to claim refund.
