Registration Fees (applied before the cancellation of LREC in May 2020)

Read This First

The registration categories have changed. You may want to read the following to find out which participant type you should choose at the time of online registration.

=> Can I register as a member of ELRA?

Yes if I am:

• employed by an institution/company that is currently member of ELRA. I will choose the participant type ELRA Institutional Member.
• a participant who is ALREADY an indvidual member of ELRA. I will choose the participant type ELRA Individual Member.
• a participant who is ALREADY an indvidual student member of ELRA and can provide a proof of her/his academic standing at the time of registration. I will choose the participant type ELRA Individual Student Member.

Note that if I have joined ELRA as an individual member at LREC 2018, I am no longer a member and must renew my membership for 2 years.

=> What if I am not yet a member of ELRA?

I have 2 options:

1. Register to LREC 2020 (and/or to a workshop/tutorial) and join ELRA by choosing the ELRA Non Members (including 2-year membership) package as:

• a regular participant. I will choose the participant type Non ELRA Individual Member
• a student participant who can provide a proof of her/his academic standing at the time of registration. I will choose the participant type Non ELRA individual student Member.

Membership Fees are included in this package and amount to 50€ for Students and 100€ for Regular participants for 2 years.

By choosing this ELRA Non Members (including 2-year membership) package, I will benefit from the ELRA Member registration fees on any LREC 2020 workshop and/or tutorial.

Example 1 :

If I am student registering to the Main conference, to 1 full day workshop and 1 tutorial during the Early-bird period,
I will pay 375€ for : Main Conference: 300€ - Full Day workshop: 50€ - Tutorial: 25€

Example 2:

If I am a regular participant registering to the Main Conference and 2 full-day workshops during the Normal period,
I will pay 880€ for Main Conference: 620€ - 2 Full Day Workshops: 260€

2. Register to LREC 2020 without joining ELRA by choosing the ELRA Non Members (without 2-year membership) package as:

• a regular participant. I will choose the participant type Non ELRA Individual Member.
• a student participant who can provide a proof of her/his academic standing at the time of registration. I will choose the participant type Non ELRA Individual student Member.

When choosing this package, the non ELRA Members registration fees apply also to the LREC 2020 workshop(s) and/or tutorial(s).

Example 1 :

If I am student registering to the Main conference, to 1 full day workshop and 1 tutorial during the Early-bird period,
I will pay 515€ for : Main Conference: 320€ - Full Day workshop: 130€ - Tutorial: 65€

Example 2 :

If I am a regular participant registering to the Main Conference and 2 full-day workshops during the Normal period,
I will pay 1160€: for Main Conference: 640€ - 2 Full Day Workshops: 520€

Main Conference Registration Fees

* including 100€ membership fee (2 years)

Main Conference Registration fees include:

• All conference sessions (oral and poster),
• Access to the exhibition area,
• Conference bag,
• Conference app,
• Coffee breaks (morning and afternoon),
• Welcome Reception on Wednesday 13 May, 2020,
• Gala Dinner on Friday 15 May, 2020
• ELRA Membership Fees (if you have chosen the "ELRA Non Members (including 2-year membership)" package)

Please note:

- All papers must be presented at the conference, whether as Oral or Poster presentations. At least one author for each accepted paper must be registered to the LREC 2020 by the early registration deadline. Failure to register will result in the cancellation of the paper’s publication in LREC 2020 Proceedings.

- Registration fees to the Main Conference do not cover the registration to Workshop(s) and/or Tutorial(s) which should be added individually.

- Student fees are applicable only to full-time students. To benefit from the student status, students must provide a proof of their academic standing (student ID or certificate, endorsed by the signature of a supervisor), as a file (pdf, gif, jpg,png) during the registration process.

- Extra Gala dinner tickets are available for accompanying persons and can be purchased during registration.

Workshop/Tutorial Registration Fees

*For those who are registering to workshops/tutorials only and therefore are not joining ELRA through the membership package associated to the Main Conference registration.

Workshop/Tutorial Registration Fees include:

• Access to the workshop(s) and/or the tutorial(s) you registered for,
• Access to the exhibition area,
• Conference bag,
• Conference app,
• Coffee breaks (morning and afternoon)
• Welcome Reception on Wednesday 13 May, 2020
• ELRA Membership Fees (if you have chosen the "ELRA Non Members (including 2-year membership)" package for a workshop/tutorial only registration)
